New Guest Check-in System

Hello everyone!

In case you didn't happen to see our Facebook Profile or Fan Page message, we have created a system to make checking in your guests much quicker and easier.

Below are the instructions for texting your guest list:

Blackberry/Email users: send an email to guest@thevueonapache.com. Use your full name and unit number as the subject of the email, and in the body of your message, simply list your guests’ names.
You will be identified in our system through the email the message is sent from – be sure to
contact the front desk ahead of time at 480.966.3669 if you are using a different email than
the one you listed on your lease application. It will be easier to update the system during the
day, rather than when people are trying to check in.

Cell phone users: send a text message to guest@thevueonapache.com. The message need only
list the names of your guests.

Our system will identify you using the phone number you are messaging from; contact the front
desk ahead of time at 480.966.3669 if you currently have a different phone number than the
one you listed on your lease application. It will be easier to update the system during the day,
rather than when people are trying to check in.

Messages may be sent any time throughout the day for check-in that night. Guests staying for a weekend should be messaged in each day that they will be visiting the building.

Please remind your guests that they must have a valid photo ID to get into the building. Each tenant can check in five guests through the system.
